What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-House Corporate Healthcare Paralegal position at Latitude Legal?
If you’re a Nashville-area corporate paralegal looking for project work, this opportunity is worth a look! Latitude is partnering with a Nashville-area healthcare company to add a paralegal to provide temporary support for its team. This is a Full-Time Hybrid role in the Meto Nashville area. The role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, is self-sufficient, learns quickly, and is eager to provide substantive work with little oversight. The ideal candidate brings in-house corporate experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence. This is a hybrid temporary engagement role, expected to be 40 hours per week for 3 months or more!
Basic Requirements For The Corporate Healthcare Paralegal
Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude attorneys and other legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage for work or acts or omissions provided within the scope of a Latitude-authorized engagement. All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20 hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.

Basic Requirements For The Corporate Healthcare Paralegal
- 5 years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house environment required
- Familiarity with Secretary of State filings, entity maintenance, registered agent processes, and tax-related documentation
- Real estate or leasing experience is a plus, and experience supporting healthcare organizations, provider groups, or multi-entity businesses is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and follow through on time-sensitive matters
