Latitude is partnering with a growing healthcare company to identify a Corporate Counsel to join its in-house legal department. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working closely with business teams, negotiating complex commercial agreements, and serving as a practical, business-oriented advisor in a collaborative environment.
The attorney in this role will support a wide range of commercial transactions and strategic initiatives, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer, vendor, and other commercial agreements. The legal department is lean and highly engaged with the business, providing meaningful responsibility, direct exposure to company leadership, and significant opportunity for professional growth.
This is an on-site position based in St. Louis, Missouri.
Requirements For The Senior In-House Counsel (Direct Hire, Full-Time)
Pay: The targeted salary range for this role is $195,000 - $210,000 plus an attractive bonus opportunity. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials.
