Latitude’s boutique law firm client is seeking to add a consumer litigation associate to its team. Candidates must be Michigan licensed and have 1 or more years of experience with consumer litigation such as lemon law cases. Requirements For The Consumer Litigation Associate
- 1 years of experience working on civil litigation matters, preferably consumer litigation such as lemon law cases
- Experience with some or all of the following: written discovery, motion work, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and able to work in a collaborative manner
- Highly professional, positive attitude, and detail-oriented
- Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in Michigan
- Outstanding professional references

- Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
