As a senior leader of the compliance team, you will report directly to the General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer and play a central role in guiding enterprise-wide compliance strategy.

Basic Requirements For The Compliance Officer
Pay: The salary range for this role is $175,000 to $195,000. This position may also be eligible for bonuses. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.

- Demonstrated success building, scaling, or enhancing compliance frameworks in dynamic, high-growth environments
- Ability to lead and develop compliance professionals delivering enterprise-grade support
- Experience partnering with banking institutions and managing regulatory relationships
- Strong analytical, communication, and strategic leadership skills
- Excellent academic credentials and outstanding professional references
- High degree of integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to deliver practical guidance in a business-oriented environment
- Lead and develop a high-performing compliance team
- Partner with the GC/CCO to scale and mature the company’s compliance program
