Compliance Manager/Paralegal with Contract Management Experience (In-House Hybrid in Minneapolis / Part-time to Full-time)

Latitude is seeking a Compliance Manager or Paralegal with 3 years of experience in compliance, third-party onboarding systems, and contract management workflows. You'll have the chance to work in a cross-functional role, across company platforms, elevating your experience with compliance and contract systems, and stretching your problem-solving skills. You should be knowledgeable with contract tools and systems and be able to understand the bigger picture and then map out and drive toward a solution. This position is hybrid and requires working three days per week in the company’s suburban Minneapolis office. Candidates must reside in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area.
Basic Requirements of the Compliance Manager/Paralegal with Contract Management Experience role:
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 to $120,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude Attorneys and other legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20 hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
