Commercial Contracts Manager – Sales Support/NDA Focus (Full-Time In-House/Onsite)
Latitude is assisting a well-capitalized, cutting-edge AI company in hiring a Commercial Contracts Manager to support its high-performing sales team. The exciting role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, critical commercial agreements within a fast-paced, high-growth environment at the forefront of emerging technology.
This interim position focuses heavily on high-volume NDA review and negotiation within a complex and rapidly evolving organization. The contracts manager will have full lifecycle ownership of mutual NDAs, including reviewing, editing, redlining, and managing agreements end-to-end. The role partners closely with the sales team to support high-velocity deal flow and requires the ability to manage a consistently high workload with efficiency and precision. There is also an opportunity to contribute to internal AI tools and systems.
Basic Requirements For The Commercial Contracts Manager
The annualized pay for this position ranges from $160,000–$180,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude attorneys and other legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage for work or acts or omissions provided within the scope of a Latitude-authorized engagement. All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20 hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
