Position Title: ServiceNow Developer (TS/SCI Cleared)Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support mission-critical systems in a secure DoD/federal environment. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and strong hands-on experience developing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong scripting skills, and experience working in enterprise-scale or government environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform componentsCustomize ServiceNow modules including (but not limited to): ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Workflow/Flow DesignerDevelop and maintain scripts using JavaScript, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI ActionsBuild and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID ServersSupport ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and platform enhancementsCollaborate with system owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutionsEnsure solutions align with DoD and federal security, compliance, and governance standardsTroubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring system performance and reliabilityDocument technical designs, configurations, and operational proceduresRequired QualificationsActive TS/SCI Clearance (required)4 years of relevant ServiceNow development experienceDemonstrated experience developing ServiceNow solutions in DoD, federal, or large enterprise environmentsStrong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scriptingHands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and platform architectureExperience supporting ServiceNow in a secure or regulated environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Additional ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS, etc.)Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or custom application developmentFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologiesExperience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise systemsWork EnvironmentWork performed in a secure, cleared environmentOnsite or hybrid work may be required based on program needs#LAT
