This individual will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining strong internal controls. The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, strong proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks, and a track record of strong tenure and reliability in previous roles. Industry background is flexible — we are primarily focused on finding a capable and committed professional.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting activities, including AP/AR, journal entries, expense reporting, and account reconciliations.Maintain and update financial records with accuracy and timeliness.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and supporting schedules.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as needed.Support month-end and year-end close processes.Monitor and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial operations.Provide support during audits and assist with documentation requests.Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve workflow efficiency.Qualifications3 years of accounting experience (AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, etc.).Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formulas, etc.).Proficient with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).Demonstrated stable work history and consistent tenure with previous employers.Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, but not required.#LAT
