Responsibilities:- Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet organizational goals and customer demands.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Lead, coach, and mentor supervisory and production staff; manage performance and workforce development.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for senior leadership.
- Manage plant budget, control costs, and allocate resources effectively.
- Oversee maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or related field (preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in production management, process optimization, and team leadership.
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
