This role ensures that buildings, equipment, and systems are properly maintained to support continuous production while meeting regulatory, safety, and environmental standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of industrial systems and facility operations.
This an onsite role in the West Palm Beach area
Salary: $90,000-110,000/year
\n- Oversee daily operations of the facility, including maintenance, utilities, and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, etc.)
- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
- Manage facility-related capital projects, including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and local/state regulatory requirements
- Lead safety initiatives related to facility operations and support plant-wide safety programs
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to align facility operations with manufacturing goals
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
