We are seeking an experienced Grading Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage earthwork and site development projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing grading operations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents.

- Manage all phases of grading and sitework projects including clearing, excavation, cut/fill, and fine grading
- Review and interpret civil drawings, grading plans, and project specifications
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans for earthwork operations
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure efficient production
- Monitor daily operations, production rates, and project progress
- Track costs and manage budgets, including labor, equipment, and materials
- Prepare and manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
- 4 years of experience in grading, earthwork, or site development project management
- Strong knowledge of grading operations, soil conditions, and heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret civil/site plans and specifications
$85,000 - $105,000 a year
