Architectural CAD Drafter – Residential
A well-established architectural design and drafting firm in the Orlando/Longwood area is seeking an experienced Residential Architectural CAD Drafter to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed residential architectural drawings using AutoCAD
- Support single-family and multi-family builder series housing projects
- Ensure accuracy of construction documents based on applicable building codes
- Collaborate with designers and project teams to meet production timelines
- Apply knowledge of residential construction methods and materials
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8–12 years of Architectural/Residential drafting experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices
- Familiarity with the Florida Building Code preferred
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Longwood, FL
