Title: Lead Registered Nurse (RN) Staff Nurse III or IV
Medical Specialty: Allergy & Immunology

Led by board-certified allergists, Latitude has provided evidence-based solutions like OIT to more than 11,000 patients with single and multiple food allergies, including those with the most severe food allergies.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Obtaining vital signs, placing allergy skin tests, administering injections, overseeing oral food challenges, preparing oral immunotherapy doses, assisting with emergency care, and providing patient education
- Performing blood draws for both pediatric and adult patients
- Proactive patient care including monitoring and responding to patient calls, messages, dose management, and EMR messages
- Ownership of administrative responsibilities include ordering labs, obtaining insurance approvals, scheduling, data entry, ordering medications and restocking clinical supplies
- Lead one on one meetings with other nurses and address performance issues as needed
- Assisting with scheduling, rooming, and front desk duties while the office grows patient volume
Requirements
- Leadership or management experience
- Active New York RN license; preferred > 2 years of clinical practice
- BLS/CPR certification obtained within 30 days of hire
- Phlebotomy certification or experience with pediatric blood draws
- Background with Pediatrics and/or Allergy/Immunology

Pay: $51.00 - $57.00 per hour
