We are looking to hire an energetic and self-driven office administrator to create and implement an unforgettable hospitality-centered patient experience. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will run and own the day-to-day operations in your clinic. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking skills are key.
Responsibilities
- Patient-Centric Care: Ensure that patients are at the center of everything we do, providing an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective management of the office.
- Patient Interaction: Build relationships with patients and their families, understanding their needs and personalizing their care. Help guide food allergy families through their diagnostic and treatment journey to ensure the best outcomes.
- Appointment Management: Maintain an office weekly scorecard to monitor and retain as many appointments as possible each day, aiming to meet and exceed clinic financial goals.
- Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for daily communication, facilitating feedback between doctors, staff, and yourself. Enhance team collaboration and clinic operations while upholding and enforcing Latitude’s Core Values to foster a healthy team culture.
- Administrative Tasks: Welcome patients, schedule appointments, handle billing issues, remind patients of their upcoming visits, order and manage supplies, enter data in Latitude’s software systems, manage multi-phone line systems, and be willing to provide administrative coverage across all LA Latitude sites when your clinic is not needed.
- Quality Assurance: Go above and beyond to uphold Latitude’s strong reputation and positive NPS scores, even if it requires making decisions that aren't the easiest for our team, ensuring every patient is delighted when they enter and exit our clinic every day. Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality at all times (comply with HIPAA).
- Project Management: Own your projects and consistently follow through to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and with the utmost care.

Education and Experience
- Requires a high school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience working in a healthcare practice in a similar role
- Familiarity with medical computer software (EMR) and data entry
