We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Human Resources Manager
to lead HR operations across multiple locations. This role partners with
executive leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, ensure
compliance, and build programs that attract, develop, and retain top
talent. Key Responsibilities \*Lead HR operations across multiple sites
\*Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategy \*Ensure
compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws (EEOC,
DOL, etc.) \*Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention
initiatives \*Manage employee relations, including investigations and
conflict resolution \*Lead performance management, compensation, and
succession planning programs \*Develop and track HR metrics; provide
insights and recommendations to leadership \*Manage affirmative action
programs and required compliance reporting \*Represent the company with
regulatory agencies and community partners \*Support recruiting events,
outreach efforts, and employer branding Qualifications \*Bachelor\'s
degree in Human Resources or related field \*10 years of HR experience
(15 preferred for Senior level) \*5 years of leadership experience (8
preferred) \*Multi-site HR management experience required \*Strong
knowledge of employment law and HR compliance \*Experience with
compensation, talent development, and succession planning \*SHRM-CP or
SHRM-SCP preferred Additional Requirements \*Ability to travel up to 40%
