Responsibilities The Fabrication Supervisor leads daily operations
within the fabrication and stamping departments, ensuring safe,
efficient, and high-quality production. This role supervises personnel,
oversees CNC fabrication processes, and ensures production schedules and
customer requirements are met. The position drives continuous
improvement, supports employee development, and collaborates with
cross-functional teams to maintain safety, quality, and operational
standards. Oversee all departmental operations, including CNC
programming and fabrication processes. Accountable for meeting
production schedules and delivery deadlines. Supervises employees,
including performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and wage
recommendations. Manages equipment, staffing, scheduling, and
departmental resources. Responsible for maintaining production standards
related to safety, quality, and cost. \*Supervise and coordinate daily
operations of fabrication and stamping departments. \*Ensure employees
are properly trained, follow safety procedures, and work in a
