Latitude 39 is a growing restaurant in the heart of downtown Martinsville, and we're looking for experienced kitchen professionals to join our team as we continue to expand.

We take pride in serving quality food in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As we head into our busiest season and prepare for future growth, we're seeking dependable cooks and chefs who are passionate about food, hospitality, and working with a strong team.

Position:

• Chefs
• Line Cooks
• Kitchen Team Member

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Assist with prep work and kitchen operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Reliable transportation and attendance

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
