JOB PURPOSE: Generates new business by developing new relationships with clients as well as cultivating our existing relationships. This professional must be able to review and discuss plans and specifications with clients to provide solutions and offer value engineering options when applicable. The Account Manager, with support from the estimating department, will draft a professional proposal, present it to the customer and close the sale.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Introduce Latite to prospective clients
- Participate and represent Latite at designated industry specific networking groups both during work hours and periodically after hours
- Regularly update the CRM with new prospects and sales activity
- Review plans & specifications and submit RFIs
- Prepare, present, and negotiate detailed, professional bids with clients
- Conduct turn over meetings with production department.
- Follow-up with clients during all phases of the job
- 3 years of business-to-business sales
- Working knowledge of roofing systems (Single Ply, Modified, SA Systems, Tile, Shingle etc.) Knowledge of sloped roofing systems is a plus.
- Ability to initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers
- Strong active listening skills
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills
- Superior time management and organization
- Experience with a Customer Relations Management System
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
