The Program Manager is a key leadership position responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating LCD’s community programs. This individual ensures programs are delivered with excellence, comply with grant and contractual requirements, and advances the mission of our nonprofit organization.
The Program Manager works closely with the Executive leadership, staff, volunteers, community partners, funders, and participants to ensure programs operate efficiently and produce measurable community impact. Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
