LATIN Creations Restaurant is looking for a full-time Cook to join our team to help prepare our Latin Cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency, quality, portion control, and presentation of all food items.
• Prepare food for service in a clean, safe, and efficient manner.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards at all times during food handling, production, and storage.
• Restock inventory and kitchen supplies as needed.
• Ensure food is prepared and served promptly while maintaining high quality standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with co-workers and customers.

Qualifications

• Verifiable cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Previous experience with Latin or Puerto Rican cuisine is Required.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to take responsibility with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and passion for Latin cuisine.
