ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all daytoday operations of Hector Reyes House, ensuring a safe, structured, and recoveryoriented residential environment
- Ensure full compliance with BSAS regulations, licensing requirements, and program standards; maintain readiness for audits and site reviews
- Lead and supervise program staff, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing staff development
- Ensure appropriate staffing coverage across all shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
- Maintain accountability for client records, documentation, and program reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Oversee and respond to incidents, behavioral issues, and crisis situations, in coordination with clinical staff and leadership
- Ensure consistent delivery of structured daily programming and recovery supports for residents
- Monitor program performance, client outcomes, and identify areas for improvement
- Own and oversee all credentialing, funding, and insurance submission processes, ensuring they are completed accurately, fully compliant, and on time
- Serve as primary liaison to BSAS, referral sources, and external partners, maintaining strong relationships and referral pipelines
- Develop and strengthen community partnerships, particularly with Latinoserving organizations
- Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and operational needs in coordination with leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Business, Public Administration, Social Services Management, or related field required
- Demonstrated experience in program administration or operations leadership
- Experience in residential or human services settings preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problemsolving skills
- Ability to manage complex operations and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in multicultural environments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- CPR and First Aid certifications required
