We’re hiring a confident, fashion-forward Daily Live Stream Host Community Lead to be the face of our live selling and the heartbeat of our Facebook Group.

The Role

This is an on-camera role for someone who loves fashion, can talk product naturally, and enjoys building community. You will host scheduled daily live shopping streams using CommentSold, broadcasting to TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram at the same time, and you will help curate and grow our private Facebook Group.

What You’ll Do

1) Host Daily Live Streams (Core Responsibility)

• Host scheduled, daily live shopping streams via CommentSold across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
• Speak confidently and warmly about the bags: leather, features, compartments, what fits, comfort, and styling
• Try bags on live, show outfits, demonstrate “what’s inside,” and answer questions in real time
• Follow a simple run-of-show: featured styles, key talking points, promos, and FAQs
• Keep energy and pacing high: welcome viewers, call out comments, handle objections, and guide viewers to purchase

2) Build and Curate Our Facebook Group Community

• Post consistently (prompts, styling ideas, polls, behind-the-scenes, new arrivals)
• Reply to comments and questions quickly to keep the community active and supportive
• Create community moments: “bag of the week,” “what’s in your bag,” styling threads, mini-challenges
• Capture recurring FAQs and community insights and share them with the team

3) Create Supporting Content (Not a Professional Editor or Designer Requirement)

• Film simple product and lifestyle content in our in-house studio and natural settings
• Repurpose live moments into short clips for Reels/TikTok/paid ads (basic editing is a plus)
• Collaborate with our team on weekly product priorities, campaign themes, and content ideas

Qualifications

Must-Haves

Strong on-camera presence: bubbly, outgoing, energetic, and comfortable speaking for long stretches. Background in fashion, styling, retail fashion, merchandising, or creator work with strong taste level

Able to learn product quickly and explain it clearly and confidently

• Organized, consistent, and reliable: this role follows a daily live schedule
• Must be able to work in-office in Denville, NJ

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or Figma) for simple on-brand assets like story graphics, promo tiles, live overlays, and group post graphics
• Additional fashion/styling experience (personal styling, boutique/retail, wardrobe, content styling)
• Experience live selling, hosting, retail selling, or community management
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut) and comfort turning live content into short-form clips
