What are the responsibilities and job description for the Morning Server in Senior Living position at Lathrop?
Lathrop Community, a retirement community grounded in Quaker values and a commitment to enhancing the experience of aging, is seeking an experienced server/kitchen worker to join our breakfast and lunch team who provide dining services to our residents. This is a part-time position but may develop to full-time, depending on your experience and availability. In addition to hourly compensation of $17.50-$18.50, benefits for this position include enrollment in Lathrop’s 403(b) retirement plan and access to the Employee Assistance Program. Additional benefits available if the position becomes full-time.
You will be a key part of an important department at Lathrop, forming relationships with staff, residents, and their family members. You’ll work in the culinary department on our Easthampton campus.
What you’ll bring:
- At least two years of experience in a restaurant or long-term care culinary setting
- Experience with food preparation and dishwashing is a plus!
- Strong customer service skills
- Multitasking abilities
- Passion for serving the senior community!
