Litigation Associate

Lathrop GPM is seeking an associate with 5-7 years of litigation experience to join our Sacramento, San Jose or Redwood Shores office.

Experience with handling real estate, fraud, breach of contract, breach of lease, and related general commercial litigation matters is preferred. Candidates should have an active California law license and be in good standing, strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, excellent client service skills, outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. A desire to appear in court and confident oral communication skills are required. Deposition and court appearance experience are ideal, but not required.

The current anticipated salary range is $225,000 - $255,000. Actual initial salary may be above or below the identified range and will be based on relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors consistent with applicable law. A full comprehensive benefit plan is provided and includes health care, retirement plan, parental leave, and short/long term disability.
