Job Overview
We’re hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist to join the Lather Head Spa team!
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about relaxation, wellness and creating a truly unique client experience. This position will provide traditional full-body massage treatments along with Lather’s signature ASMR Hair Play and Scratch Therapy services.
The ideal candidate:
✨ Holds an active Tennessee Massage Therapist License
✨ Is comfortable providing full-body massage treatments
✨ Is open to learning and performing ASMR Hair Play and Scratch Therapy
✨ Has a calming presence and professional touch
✨ Is dependable, welcoming and client-focused
✨ Enjoys working in a peaceful, elevated spa environment
No established clientele is required. We provide an existing client base, online booking, marketing, supplies, linens, laundry and front-desk support. Bringing a clientele is certainly a plus!
Experience
- Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in massage therapy
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
