A little about the position:
Job Summary
Perform Field repairs on Fiberglass swimming pools (installed and staged). Support the Warranty/Claims team in the evaluation/assessment of warranty/claims. Act as a customer liaison in the evaluation of product issues/concerns and field customer questions.
Some of What You Will Do:
- Support the Field Service team in the administration of customer warranty/claims, escalations, and legal suits.
- Assist Field Service team with pre-job preparation (material gathering and planning)
- Assist Field Service team in the preparation of pools for repair (draining and bracing of pools, dewatering of pool shell, etc.).
- Assist Field Service team in completion of structural and cosmetic repairs.
- Assist with the documentation of field repairs ranging from project close to SDS material procedures.
- Assist in routine maintenance of tools and other equipment used in field repairs.
- Other duties as needed by Field Service leadership.
What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
- High School diploma-Preferred but not required
- Valid US driver license-Required
- 5-year fiberglass repair experience-Preferred but not required
- Good Customer service, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to resolve conflict diplomatically
- Basic understanding of pools, equipment, and water chemistry an asset
- Frequent travel required

Salary Range: $20.00-22.00
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
Bonus: Discretionary Year End
