What will I be doing?
The Production Associate is responsible for the production and warehousing of seed. Must be able to multitask and work efficiently as part of a team.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Adheres to Latham Quality safety and quality standards
- Conditions and packages soybean seeds for commercial use
- Treats soybean seeds for commercial use
- Efficiently manages inventory and coordinates shipments in and out of the warehouse
- Ensures accuracy and efficiency in the movement of goods within the organization
- Complies with Latham Quality personnel policies
- Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum job requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- An agricultural background is helpful but not required
- Forklift experience preferred
Physical demands and working conditions?
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Able to carry boxes and packages of supplies
- Able to work regular hours as well as some weekends, after hours, holidays, and seasonal overtime
