- Valid Driver's license
- Strong therapeutic behavior management skills
- Ability to physically intervene when necessary to ensure the safety of students and staff
- One year experience in related field preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis intervention and support for youth and adolescents struggling to integrate within their residential group.
- Offer constructive feedback on student behavior to teachers, clinical, and residential staff to foster growth and collaboration.
- Step in as the Residential Supervisor’s designee when needed, ensuring smooth operations in their absence.
- Implement and follow through on individualized behavior plans to support student development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all student-related activities and incidents.
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of staff offices, common areas, restricted items cabinets, and timeout spaces, ensuring they meet operational standards.
- Assist students with residential activities and provide additional support to help them succeed.
- Review and act on daily log entries, incident reports, and clinical logs to stay informed and responsive.
- Collaborate with Residential Supervisors to troubleshoot logistics, programming, supply requisition, and strategies for student management.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors, ADLs, and aides to ensure effective implementation of daily interventions.
- Oversee smooth transitions between residential activities and daily programming.
- Continuously strive to improve positive, non-threatening approaches to behavior management and discipline.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in your role.
- Handle all tasks related to the employee's core responsibilities, with an emphasis on responding to occasional emergencies as needed.
