What are the responsibilities and job description for the Closer - Forney Tx position at Latham Bakery?
We are looking for an outgoing person to join our closing team! Full-time availability preferred. Weekday and Weekend availability required.
Employee responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting customers
- Restocking
- Answering phones
- Preparing food/drinks
- Cleaning
- Cashier duties
To be successful in this role, you should have great customer service and teamwork skills. No previous food service experience required as long as you are willing to be trained.
Typical schedule for this position is 11-7:45pm.
Note: This position’s compensation includes tips.
Skills
- Previous work experience as a Barista/Cashier and/or Food service is preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Basic math skills
- Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or enrolled in home school. Must be able to work shift hours.
- Food handlers certificate required within two weeks of accepted job offer. Training provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
