Varied responsibilities, including, drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents, managing case calendars, and overseeing all aspects of case management, including electronic file organization, discovery, and schedule tracking.
Experience in high-volume civil litigation with PACER and NY/NJ e-filing is essential, and familiarity with electronic case management and all stages of federal litigation is highly desirable.
