Our client, a renowned litigation boutique, is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to join their team on a permanent basis.
Work will involve case evaluation, research and writing, drafting complaints, discovery documents, and supervising paralegals.
Role requires experience with litigation involving Mass Torts, Toxic Torts, Products Liability and/or Personal Injury.
NJ bar is required. The position is hybrid in the firm's Northern NJ office. Excellent compensation.
