What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Associate Attorney position at Lateral Link?
Lateral Link is assisting a leading Chambers ranked firm seeking a mid-level associate to join its Financial Services group in the Baltimore office.
The ideal candidate will possess experience representing lenders and borrowers on leveraged finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, security agreements and other primary loan documents, as well as managing transaction closings and supervising junior associates and paralegals is preferred. Experience with mezzanine finance or other private credit funds is a plus.
Applicants who have excellent analytical and writing skills, as well as a strong understanding of acquisition financing, are sought to become a part of a nationally recognized financial services team.
