Lateral Link is assisting an elite firm with a new search for an M&A/PE Associate.
The ideal candidate will possess 3 years of experience. Candidate must have experience running sponsor-side transactions end-to-end. The associate must be able to draft, negotiate, and lead core workstreams across buyouts, add-ons, minority/growth investments, venture rounds, recapitalizations, exits, and executive equity.
