Responsibilities
- Handle a dynamic pipeline of fast-paced cases, including commercial, trade secret, financial, energy, and product liability litigation.
- Work across a diverse range of high-growth industries, including tech, finance, life sciences, and energy.
- Collaborate as a team to focus on exceptional client service.
- Assist in the the resolution for clients facing large-scale class actions, commercial litigation and mass torts.
- Represent the firm's clients in state and federal courts.
Qualifications
- 3 years of complex litigation experience.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent legal research abilities.
- Superb writing and oral communication skills.
- Membership in the State Bar of Texas.
