We’re seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate who is passionate about storytelling, thrives in a creative retail environment, and loves helping customers find something special.

What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers with genuine warmth and care
- Share the story behind our brand, products, and values to create meaningful connections
- Drive in-store sales by actively engaging with guests and recommending products thoughtfully
- Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful shop environment
- Assist with restocking, basic inventory tracking, and merchandising
- Support online order fulfillment during your shift when needed
- Help ensure every visitor leaves feeling uplifted, seen, and inspired
Who You Are
- Experienced in boutique or lifestyle retail (1 year preferred)
- Confident, friendly, and energized by human connection
- Naturally goal-oriented and motivated by hitting daily sales targets
- Skilled at storytelling and elevating the customer experience
- Grounded, self-aware, and aligned with conscious, heart-centered values
- Comfortable working independently in a small shop setting
- Available for weekend shifts
- Store hours: Everyday 11AM–6PM (hours may vary)
