- Handle data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to maintain records and files
- Support bookkeeping activities
- Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—to ensure easy retrieval of documents
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or management teams
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed to keep the office well-stocked

- Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
