We’re building the first truly internet-native late-night talk show—designed for global reach, rapid growth, and multi-platform monetization.
We’re looking for a hands-on Chief Revenue & Growth Officer to lead and scale the engine that turns content into audience—and audience into measurable revenue growth.
This is a hybrid CRO/COO role. In addition to owning growth and monetization, you will serve as the operational leader of the company—overseeing a small but high-performing team, ensuring alignment across departments, and driving the overall execution, efficiency, and output of the organization. You will act as the second-in-command, with responsibility for translating vision into results across all functions.
This role combines strategy, execution, and leadership. You will spearhead key initiatives while also building, managing, and directing the team responsible for carrying them out.
What You’ll Do
Lead Growth & Distribution
• Own content distribution strategy across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Identify high-performing content patterns and scale them quickly
• Develop platform-specific strategies and continuously optimize performance
Build & Run the Content Engine
• Establish systems to consistently produce and distribute high volumes of content (30–60 clips/week)
• Ensure workflows between production, editing, and publishing are efficient and scalable
• Maintain quality while increasing output and performance
Drive Revenue Growth
• Increase revenue across existing streams: sponsorships, brand integrations, ad revenue, memberships, and merch
• Partner on structuring and closing deals
• Continuously optimize conversion, pricing, and overall revenue performance
Own Paid Growth & Acquisition
• Test and scale paid strategies across platforms
• Track CAC and optimize spend for efficient, repeatable growth
Analytics & Iteration
• Define and track key performance metrics across content, growth, and revenue
• Translate data into clear insights and actionable next steps
• Lead a culture of rapid testing, learning, and iteration
Lead Operations & Team
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure alignment and execution
• Manage and direct editors, social, production, and growth team members
• Ensure efficient communication, workflow, and accountability across the organization
• Help hire and scale the team as needed

• You take ownership, move quickly, and lead teams effectively
Compensation
• Base salary starting at $100,000
• Meaningful equity participation in the company
Work Structure
• In-person Monday through Thursday (Sherman Oaks / LA)
• Remote Fridays (typically) and occasional additional remote days
• Weekly shoot day (Wednesdays) with extended hours
• Occasional additional hours depending on production needs
