Project Manager - Data Warehouse Implementation (Automotive Marketing Focus)

We are seeking a highly adaptable and results-driven Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new data warehouse supporting dealership-level customer marketing programs in the automotive industry. This role requires a confident leader who can navigate ambiguity and drive clarity and progress in evolving technical and business landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for the data warehouse build, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, marketers, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Translate ambiguous or incomplete requirements into actionable project plans.
• Define and manage timelines, resources, and ensure scope alignment in cooperation with the account management team.
• Establish clear communication channels and reporting mechanisms for all stakeholders.
• Drive decision-making and remove blockers in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ensure data governance, compliance, and quality practices are established and maintained.

Required Qualifications and Qualities:

• Minimum 2 years Project Management experience implementing a data-driven platform or application.
• Proven ability to work effectively in environments with significant unknowns, evolving requirements, and shifting priorities.
• Previous experience working with data architects.
• Curiosity, a thirst for knowledge, a knack for risk mitigation, and anticipating the needs of the program, the team, and agency leadership.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in automotive, marketing technology, or CRM systems is a strong plus.
• Automotive marketing agency experience is desired, but not required.
• Experience in data warehouse or large-scale data infrastructure projects.
• Above average proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
• Familiarity and comfort working in SmartSheet and SharePoint
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• PMP, Scrum, or other relevant certifications.
