📢 We’re looking for our next ACCOUNT MANAGER SR to join the Sales team based in Miami, United States. You’ll play a key role in lead, manage and develop the assigned agency portfolio by designing and implementing business plans and strategies aligned with LATAM’s overall objectives, ensuring achievement of goals. Build long-term, collaborative relationships across all levels of the agency structure and internal departments, with a strong focus on the passenger and end customer. Collaborate closely with Delta counterparts to jointly secure JV results.

🚀 There is no routine here, every day brings a new challenge. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identify business opportunities and implement both strategic and tactical initiatives to deliver results, adapting to each agency’s business model and systems.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and in-depth reviews, monitoring results and industry trends together with market intelligence to maintain LATAM’s competitiveness, including collaboration and performance management with Delta.
- Provide training on products, procedures, and network during account visits, ensuring support in solving commercial and operational issues while promoting best practices.
- Manage and execute assigned budgets (marketing funds, waivers, COBUS, representative expenses, etc.), oversee Salesforce activities, and work to continuously improve both agency and passenger NPS results.
🎯 What do you need to take off in this role?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related areas.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles is required.
- Strong command of Salesforce and Google Workspace is a must—you’ll be a step ahead if you already master them!
- We need you to have an advanced level of English. If you’ve made it this far, we’re clearly headed in the same direction!
