Lat14 Asian Eatery is looking for an experienced and passionate Line Cook to join our team We are a critically acclaimed restaurant, owned by Chef Ann Ahmed, located in Golden Valley, MN. Our menu is inspired by the vibrant and diverse cuisines found along the 14th parallel, with a focus on flavors from Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, and the Philippines.
If you thrive in a high-volume environment and love creating delicious, authentic pan-Asian dishes, we want to talk to you. We're known for popular items like our Drunken Noodles, Basil Wings, and various fried rice dishes, and you'll be a key part of ensuring every plate meets our high standards for quality and presentation.
Ideally we are looking for a line cook with wok experience or high volume saute experience. This role requires great communication, organization and a passion for making great consistent dishes.
About the Role:
- You'll be responsible for preparing a variety of wok-based dishes, working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of our cooking style and an ability to work consistently under pressure, especially during peak hours.
- This is a full-time position with competitive pay and a great team atmosphere.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Wok Cook or Sauté Cook in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- A passion for Southeast Asian cuisine and a dedication to quality.
- The ability to work efficiently and consistently under pressure.

- Full-time availability, including nights and weekends.
