What are the responsibilities and job description for the Primary Therapist / Group Leader position at LAT Intensive Outpatient Programs?
Company Description
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) support individuals with mental health diagnoses by offering personalized care through evidence-based and experiential therapy modalities. These programs provide a smaller, more individualized approach with one-on-one attention, helping clients develop skills for an emotionally balanced and fulfilling life. By integrating activities like music, drama, and experiential groups into a curriculum grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), we create an engaging and effective therapeutic experience. Our programs aim to assist clients in transitioning from in-patient care or establishing foundational life structures, using a harm-reduction approach that is compassionate and non-judgmental. We accept most major insurance plans, enabling broader access to our services.
