Position Overview
This is a Direct Support Professional (DSP) role requiring a therapeutic, relationship-centered approach in a one-person Individualized Supported Living (ISL) home. This position is not entry-level and is best suited for experienced DSPs who value consistency, emotional intelligence, and intentional support.
The DSP in this role will utilize Tools of Choice and MANDT Relational practices to create a calm, respectful, and stable home environment focused on trust, choice, and long-term success.

Core Responsibilities
- Provide direct support in a one-person ISL home using person-centered practices
- Apply Tools of Choice to promote autonomy, communication, and shared decision-making

- Maintain a calm, grounded presence during periods of elevated stress
- Support daily living skills, routines, and meaningful activities
- Communicate respectfully and professionally at all times
- Accurately document services and observations
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain consistency in support strategies
- Follow and Implement Behavior Support Plan techniques from the BCBA.

Qualifications
Required

- Experience with Tools of Choice, MANDT, or similar relational frameworks
- ISL or one-to-one support experience
- Interest in serving as consistent or primary support staff
