This is a full-time, on-site role located in Murrieta, CA, for a Behavior Technician - (RBT Pathway). The Behavior Technician will implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support clients in achieving their development goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting behavior intervention sessions, assisting with individualized treatment programs, collecting data, and collaborating with caregivers and other team members to ensure treatment success.
- Knowledge of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Skills in Behavioral Intervention and familiarity with Psychology concepts
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under supervision and follow established treatment plans
- Relevant experience or education in a related field preferred (e.g., Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Completion of required training programs and fulfillment of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification requirements within the designated timeframe
- Passion for working with children, teens, and young adults, and making a positive impact in their lives
