This isn't a cog-in-the-machine role. You'll work directly with trading, finance, and operations teams, see your work matter every single day, and help shape the systems that keep high-volume credit products running cleanly.
What you'll own:
- Reconciliation systems for loans, bonds, and derivatives
- SQL pipelines, stored procedures, and daily operational workflows
- Break identification and resolution across internal and counterparty records
- Position management, cash management, and P&L reporting modules
- Production support in a fast-paced, lean environment
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years of C# development in financial services or fintech
- Strong SQL — complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning
- Back office experience: reconciliation, position keeping, cash or accounting systems
- Credit or fixed income product familiarity is a strong plus
- Self-directed — able to juggle priorities without hand-holding
