What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Farm Crew position at Last Resort Farm?
We are seeking hardworking candidates for this years summer farm crew team. The farm crew will work both under the supervision of the production and wash/pack managers on all tasks related to production and wash/pack, as well as independently on a wide variety of tasks related to normal operations of the farm.
Both full and part time positions available. Ideally starting early June and ending late August/early September.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong work ethic
- Passion for sustainable agriculture

- Self-starter
- Flexibility in schedule
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in all weather conditions
Compensation: $13-17/hr dependent on experience, plus farm produce(seconds), a farm shop discount, and farm gear
