Mid-Level Diesel Technician - Last Chance Diesel

The Mission: Last Chance Diesel is not a place for "parts changers". We proved elite-level service to keep our clients on the road. We are looking for a technician who takes pride in precision, values discipline, and is ready to grow into a leadership role as we scale. We are a specialized repair shop working exclusively with GM, Ford, & Ram light duty diesel pick-ups.

The Role: You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of GM, Ford, & Ram diesel powered vehicles. You report to the shop lead and are expected to maintain a high level of efficiency and a zero-comeback standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics on electrical, suspension, and powertrain systems.
  • Execute engine overhauls and complex component replacements.
  • Conduct thorough inspection and preventative maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and document all repairs with precision.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional diesel experience specifically on GM, FORD, & RAM vehicles. Do not apply if you do not possess these skills.
  • Own a comprehensive set of professional tools.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems without constant supervision.
  • A "no excuses" attitude toward deadlines and repair quality.

What We Offer:

  • Performance-based bonus pay structure (we reward execution, not just attendance).
  • A high-performance environment where mediocrity is not tolerated.
  • Clear path to senior technician and shop management roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Benefits:

  • Employee assistance program
  • Employee discount
  • Professional development assistance
  • Profit sharing & bonuses based on individual and shop performance
