You will embed deeply in the project in order to anticipate problems, reduce last-minute churn, and help the team move through pressure with clarity and momentum.

- Have strong product instincts and can make and defend good decisions with incomplete information
- Know how to build trust with clients while leading difficult conversations about scope, risk, budget, timeline, and trade-offs
- Can turn complex or competing requirements into manageable work without losing sight of the outcome
- Know how to protect delivery commitments by surfacing risks early, creating clear decision paths, and managing late-breaking requests before they derail the roadmap
- Have worked on distributed teams and know how to protect focus, maintain momentum, and coach others through ambiguity
