Import/Export Specialist - Entry level

For over 100 years, Lasko Products has been an industry leader in home environment products. We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented recent graduate to join our Supply Chain team as an Import/Export Specialist at our West Chester, PA headquarters. 

This hybrid position works in-office Monday through Wednesday, with remote flexibility Thursday and Friday, and reports to the Director of Supply Chain. 

Role Overview 

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who has completed a supply chain, logistics, or operations internship and is eager to apply their skills in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment. The Import/Export Specialist will support the end-to-end coordination of international shipments—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across global logistics channels. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support international shipment coordination from order creation through final delivery. 
• Track and analyze shipment data to identify process improvements and ensure timely delivery. 
• Collaborate with customs agents, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth operations. 
• Prepare and process import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. 
• Maintain data integrity within ERP and shipment tracking systems. 
• Assist with invoice entry, inventory receiving, and voucher packet creation in QAD (training provided). 
• Compile reports and dashboards summarizing shipment trends and cost drivers. 
• Uphold compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations. 

 Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, International Studies, or a related field. 
• Internship or co-op experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations preferred. 
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data organization. 
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills. 
• Familiarity with import/export processes or interest in global logistics. 
• Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work collaboratively within a team environment. 
• Experience with ERP systems (such as QAD) or data management tools is a plus.
