This role is a key business partner in driving Lasko’s end-to-end SIOP process—linking demand, supply, and inventory strategies to business objectives. The Senior Analyst will provide advanced analytics, scenario modeling, and executive-level insights to improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory investment, and enhance service performance across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytical preparation for monthly SIOP cycles, translating complex data sets into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Develop, automate, and maintain integrated SIOP dashboards and performance scorecards (forecast accuracy, inventory turns, fill rates, and service levels).
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align demand and supply plans with financial and production targets.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of forecast variances and identify improvement opportunities in planning assumptions or system parameters.
- Build scenario and sensitivity models to evaluate risk, capacity constraints, and strategic alternatives.
- Present recommendations and insights to senior leadership, influencing decision-making around production, purchasing, and inventory strategy.
- Support SIOP system enhancements and process automation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in: Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or SIOP-related functions within a manufacturing or consumer products environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (QAD a plus)
- Atlas Planning Platform preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with statistical forecasting methods and supply chain metrics.
