Lasko Products, an industry leader in the design and manufacture of portable fans and heaters for over 100 years, is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our light manufacturing facility in Franklin.
This will be a 3rd shift role, working the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

This will be a 3rd shift role, working the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
The Maintenance Technician Duties Include
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective repairs on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify root causes of equipment issues.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns on the production floor to minimize downtime.
- Assist in equipment changeovers, setups, and adjustments to support production requirements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Collaborate with operators, engineers, and supervisors to improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, equipment upgrades, and process enhancements.
- Installing and removing screw guns, tape guns, and other equipment as needed for repair or changeovers.
- Ability to think proactively, properly follow instructions, and complete duties with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work around loud equipment.
- Must be able to work well individually and as part of a team.
- Must be mechanically adept
- Must possess basic knowledge of tools.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints or equipment manuals
- High School Diploma
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to kneel and stoop for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
